This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Bear Arms Manufacturing, LLC, d/b/a Bear Arms (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Bear Arms”)collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the BearArmsMFG.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site, our off-line collection practices, and all products and services offered by Bear Arms. 

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how We will treat it. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to this privacy policy).  


Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out any forms provided to you or found on the Site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, payment information, and other identifying information. We will collect personal identification information from and about Users, including (1) information provided by Users, such as when they voluntarily submit such information to us; (2) third parties providing services for us, such as  fraud monitoring services, marketing services, and licensing assistance; and (3)information collected automatically as Users navigate through our Site, which may include domain address, IP addresses, internet browser, operating system, internet connection, the equipment Users use to access our Site, and information collected through cookies. Users can always refuse to supply us their personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities. 


Web browser cookies

Our Site may use first-party and third-party “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If a User chooses to refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Site may not function properly as a result. 

Bear Arms also uses cookies to collect information around abandoned shopping carts. A cart is considered abandoned after one hour of inactivity/lack of purchase. Once the timer has expired, an SMS message may be sent to the User as a reminder. 


How we use collected information

Bear Arms may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

    We may send emails to users who visit the Site. If a user has not unsubscribed from Bear Arms promotional emails they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. 
  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us 
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection 
  • To notify you about changes to our Site or any products or services we offer or provide through it

Our Site is in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. 

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. Children under the age of 13 

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information to or on this Site or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Bear Arms has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. Please review this privacy policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any modifications we may make. 

Do not track 

We do not respond to Web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms. Other parties may collect personal identifiable information about your activities over time and across different websites when a User uses our Site.
